Using the store

We may correct an obvious error, limit quantities, decline suspected fraud, or cancel an unavailable order and issue the appropriate refund. An order acknowledgment does not prevent lawful cancellation before acceptance or fulfillment.

Payment, delivery, and returns

Payment authorization is required at checkout. Shipping estimates are not guarantees. The Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Payment Policy form part of these terms and explain delivery scope, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Content and third-party services

Store text, graphics, designs, and software are protected by applicable rights and may not be copied or exploited without permission. Links or tools supplied by third parties are governed by their own terms, and their availability is outside our control.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store. If any term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. These terms are governed by applicable United States law and may be updated prospectively.
